			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Aes Sedai seem to think that Compulsion is dirty, if not evil.  Sure, it could be used for bad purposes, but it would certainly make things easier sometimes.  Good intentions would be the key.</p>
<p>The Jedi use their mind trick on anyone weak-minded when it suits their purposes.  Qui-Gon tried to compel Watto to accept his Republican Credits for the part he needed.  Obi-Wan used it to tell the death stick pusher to go home and rethink his life.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m sure the Aes Sedai would&#8217;ve frowned upon at least Qui-Gon&#8217;s use of the Jedi Mind Trick, and possibly Obi-Wan&#8217;s, as well.  But I tend to side with the Jedi on this one.</p>
